The successful bidder will be required to sign a purchase contract and place 10% down in escrow with Security 1st Title the day of the sale with the balance due the day of closing. Closing shall be held on or before April 13, 2026. Effective June 1, 2026, All Sellers Wind Rights and Tower shall transfer to the Buyer. Any payments due and payable before June 1 shall remain with the Seller and any payments due and payable after June 1, 2026 shall be transferred to the Buyer. Property taxes shall be paid for 2025 by the Seller. Property sells in its current condition with no warranties either expressed or implied. Sells subject to Seller confirmation. Sells Non Contingent on financing. It is the Buyers’ responsibility to have all inspections completed prior to auction day.
